What Happens When You Call
We start by listening. Tell us what you are seeing: a doorknob hole, a sagging ceiling panel, cracks along a seam or a patch that never blended in. We ask a few questions about size, location and how the damage started, because a water stain overhead calls for a different approach than a dent in a hallway. If it helps, we explain on the spot whether it sounds like drywall patching, ceiling repair or a larger section to hang and finish.
From there we arrange a time to see the work in person, measure, and talk through texture matching and how the finished surface will look. You get your quote by phone or at that visit, in plain terms. After the job is done, we check back with you and explain how to care for the new finish while the compound and any paint touch-up fully cure. We work throughout Garfield and nearby towns such as Lodi, Clifton and Elmwood Park.
